St. Clare's Hospice is a local independent charity, providing specialist palliative care to adults who live South of the Tyne.
 
Our services range from day care to in-patient care. We also provide physiotherapy, bereavement counselling, spiritual care, complementary therapy and we host a lymphoedema clinic.
