Vacancies

St. Clare’s Hospice currently employs around 50 staff and has a dedicated, skilled and experienced medical and nursing staff who are totally committed to enhancing the quality of life of our patients.
 
The medical team are backed by a small team of administrative staff who are responsible for fundraising activities, secretarial support, human resources and finance.  
 
Working together as a team with our Volunteer workforce we provide a vital expert service for local people who are suffering a life threatening illness.
 
Our vacancies are advertised on our website and also in various different types of publications depending on the nature of the vacancy.

Fundraiser 
 
Permanent - Full Time (Part-time applicants will be considered)
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen at St. Clare's Hospice for a Fundraiser. Working as part of the fundraising team, applicants should be educated to HNC/HND level in business or can demonstrate equivilent experience. Excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skills are essential. Previous fundraising experience is desirable.
 
Applicants need to be able to work flexibly as the role will require occassional evening and weekend work. A full driving licence and and access to a vehicle is essential.
 
The post is subject to (ENHANCED) CRB disclosure.
