St. Clare's Hospice organises a range of events throughout the year, helping to raise money for patient care. Taking part in one of our events can be great fun, as well as raising money for a good cause. There really is something for everyone, from our Midnight Walk, Zipslides to our Boxing Day Dip. Some Do’s and Don’ts
Raising money for St. Clare's can be great fun. However, there are a few points you may need to consider:

• Be realistic – don’t take on more than you can cope with
• Keep to your budget – be aware of how much your event might cost and keep accurate financial records
• Take out insurance – if your event involves the public and there is an element of risk, make sure you have adequate insurance cover. Contact a local Insurance Broker for advice
• Be prepared – if you’re holding an outside event, be sure to make alternative indoor arrangements in case of rain.
