A midnight walk is a sponsored walk with a difference. … walking around in the middle of the night isn’t something we would all usually think about doing, but our Midnight Walk gives you the opportunity to join other ladies doing something really different and having fun!
St. Clare’s Hospice Midnight Walk is for girls only and we are encouraging as many girls as possible to get involved.
Who can take part?
This year St. Clare's Hospice is celebrating 25 years of care and we would like 250 girls to take part and make this our biggest Midnight Walk so far!
Our Midnight Walk is currently a girl's only event. Girls aged from 12-17 years are welcome to take part provided that they are accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years and over.
How long is the walk and where will it take place?
The walk is a five mile circular route which starts and finishes at Temple Park Centre, South Shields.
What time does the walk start?
The walk will start at 12 midnight, but you will need to be at Temple Park before this to go through the registration process and for a warm up session before the walk.
Sounds good! How can I get involved?
You need to complete and return a registration form as soon as possible. Please ensure you read through the booklet before completing the form.
