Buy photos to help hospice
Readers will be familiar with the many smashing old photographs of the mid-Tyne area that are shared with us by Norman Dunn.
Norman has built-up an amazing collection on his website - www.norman.dunn247.com.
Well now there's an opportunity to see more of Norman's pictures while helping a very worthy cause.
He and his family have been so impressed by the wonderful care that a family member has been receiving at St Clare's Hospice that he's decided to help with a bit of fundraising.
He has put together a slideshow DVD called Old Jarrow & Its People, with more than 650 images on it. He has donated 100 to start with, for sale at £10 each, with all the money going to St Clare's.
He hopes it will raise £1,000 very quickly, with possibly more to follow .
